Terms of Service

Last updated: August 21, 2026

These terms govern website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services provided by GrowthBridge Automation Advisors LLC (“GrowthBridge,” “we,” “us”) to you (“Client,” “you”). By placing a deposit, you agree to these terms.

1. What We Provide

We design, write, build, and launch websites for small and local businesses, and provide ongoing hosting and maintenance. The specific pages, features, and deliverables for your project are defined by the package you select and any written agreement between us.

PackageBuild FeeMonthly CarePages
Starter Presence$497$75/moUp to 5
Professional Presence$797$100/moUp to 8
Growth Package$1,297$150/moUp to 12

Add-on services (logo design, Google Business Profile setup, extra pages, booking setup) are quoted separately. Prices are subject to change, but the price quoted to you at the time of your deposit is the price you pay for that project.

2. Payment Terms

  • 50% deposit is due before work begins. This reserves your build slot.
  • The remaining 50% is due at launch, before or upon your site going live.
  • Monthly care begins the month your site launches and bills monthly thereafter.
  • Late balances may pause work or, after reasonable notice, result in the site being taken offline until the balance is settled.

We accept Zelle, debit or credit card, or check made payable to GrowthBridge Automation Advisors LLC.

3. Our 30-Day Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your website, tell us in writing within 30 days of launch and we will refund your build fee.

To keep this simple and fair for both of us:

  • The guarantee covers the one-time build fee, not monthly care already provided or third-party costs paid on your behalf (such as domain registration or paid plugins).
  • On refund, we take the site offline. You keep your domain and your own content (see §7).
  • The guarantee applies once per client.

4. Timeline

We aim to launch in approximately 5 business days from the point we have your deposit and all materials we need from you (photos, business details, content, logins).

Timelines depend on you getting us materials and approvals promptly. Delays on your side move the launch date. We'll always tell you what we're waiting on.

5. What You Provide

  • Your business details (services, hours, service area, contact info)
  • Photos and any logo or branding you have
  • Any specific text you want included
  • Timely feedback and approvals
  • Access to your domain registrar and any accounts we need to connect

You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you send us — photos, logos, text, and any other material. You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of your business information, claims, and pricing as displayed on the site.

6. Revisions

Each package includes one to two rounds of revisions during the preview stage, as described in your package. We'll polish until you're happy within that scope. Substantial changes to scope, structure, or page count after approval may be quoted as additional work.

7. Ownership

  • You own your domain name. It should be registered in your name. If we register it for you, we'll transfer it to you on request.
  • You own your content — your text, photos, logo, and business information.
  • You own the finished website design and content produced for your project once paid in full.
  • We retain ownership of our underlying tools, templates, frameworks, code libraries, and general know-how, which we reuse across projects.
  • We may display your website in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you ask us in writing not to.

8. Hosting and Monthly Care

Monthly care includes hosting, security updates, backups, uptime monitoring, and the content updates described in your package.

  • You may cancel monthly care at any time, effective at the end of your current billing month. There's no long-term contract.
  • If you cancel care, we'll provide a copy of your site files and help you move your domain. Continued hosting on our end ends at the close of the billing period.
  • Monthly care does not include redesigns, new page builds beyond your package allowance, or emergency work caused by changes made by you or a third party — those are quoted separately.

9. Acceptable Use

We won't build or host sites for: illegal activity, adult content, gambling, malware or phishing, content that infringes someone else's rights, or content that is harassing or deceptive. We may decline or discontinue a project that falls into these categories.

10. No Guarantee of Rankings or Results

We build websites following current search-engine best practices, and where included in your package we set up local SEO basics and your Google Business Profile.

We do not and cannot guarantee any specific search ranking, position on Google, amount of traffic, number of leads, number of phone calls, or revenue outcome. Search engines control their own algorithms and change them without notice. Results depend on your market, competition, reviews, and many factors outside our control.

Any figures, examples, or illustrations on our website are for illustration only and are not a promise of results.

11. Third-Party Services

Your site may rely on third-party services (hosting providers, domain registrars, booking tools, analytics, Google services, payment processors). We're not responsible for outages, policy changes, price changes, or discontinuation of those services, though we'll help you work through any issues.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, our total liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.

13. Termination

  • If you cancel mid-build, your deposit covers work completed to that point.
  • If we cancel mid-build, we'll refund the unearned portion of your deposit.
  • Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, liability, disclaimers) survive termination.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in DeKalb County, Georgia.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply to new projects going forward, not retroactively to work already underway under prior terms.
